My Daugher was invited to a birthday party that turned into hell. The staff here is careless and unprofessional basically ran by a bunch of children themselves so can’t really blame. Corporate needs to be more on top of their locations and how the place is not only being managed but up kept . In one of the area of the trampoline park nails were exposed and not only my daughter but another child ended up with a pretty painful and deep cut on the bottom of the foot. Management could care less and only provided bandages. When asked how could they have exposed nails in that area of the trampoline park their answer was they can’t be on top of everything. No idea how they are operating this place.They should have some sort of walk through before opening up to the public to make sure everything is safe for children to use. Terrible experience and will not be going back this place is not safe for children no idea how they are still open.

I wish google allowed for us to give no stars at all! Unsafe, unprofessional, truly disappointed. My daughter went to a birthday party at the Norwalk, CT location and while she was on a slide there was a jagged piece of metal sticking out that cut her foot as well as another young girl. Out of the several indifferent staff there, finally someone came to "clean it up" with some water and paper towel, which is completely unsanitary. I understand that a bunch of kids work here who don't make enough money to care, but at least have someone who is concerned to make sure that the play areas are safe...seems rather basic, but after what I saw today, I am not surprised.

We have a membership here and it is so much fun to take my son. The staff are attentive and kind. It was not crowded when we went and overall great experience. We will definitely keep going here for fun family days!

Sky Zone Is Awesome! I came here to have fun multiple times with my Church’s youth group, and it was amazing. Without doubt worth going to! Have a great day!

I brought my brother here for sensory hour and the staff was very attentive and kind. My only issue is that the speaker periodically goes off with warnings of when sensory hour will be over and we were not expecting the loud noise.

Had a blast. The workers were very kind and friendly. The two that stand out were Alohna and Franko. (The spelling might be off) They offered assistance to my kids and I while they were jumping off the trampolines into the foam pits. They asked me if i needed any help as i was looking around for something to do. They even introduced themselves. At check-in, I even raised my voice because I felt people were cutting the line. But the young lady at the counter didnt yell back, she calmly explained the issue and assured me that i would be next. I was highly impressed with the young age of the staff (including the manager) and the respect that they gave the customers. Bravo!! Highly recommend!!

Manager Amanda is awesome, easy to work with and she resolved all our billing related issues, went above and beyond. Overall great place for kids.

Had a blast and the kids enjoyed every moment! And staff are all friendly. They follow safety procedures really well and the facility is clean in an orderly fashion. And from my experience for the first time great hospitality. Cant find a place like this... great team work. The only thing I wish the climbing section was open for the kids. Hopefully next time.
